Rollout of Credit Card Benefits

Since 2021, I have played a pivotal role in the successful rollout of Delta's updated credit card line, which includes various new benefits aimed at enhancing the travel experiences of cardholders. My contributions include:

• Implementation of Rideshare Credits: I assisted in integrating rideshare credits for transportation, ensuring cardholders can enjoy seamless travel whether its from their homes to the airport or from restaurants to famous landmarks.

• Flight and Hotel Credits: I was involved in the development and communication of flight credits to offset future flight costs and hotel credits to help reduce accommodation expenses.

• Lounge Access Features: I contributed to the introduction of lounge access, enhancing comfort for travelers during layovers or delays.

• Improvement of Sky Miles Program: I worked on the enhancements to the Sky Miles reward program, enabling cardholders to accumulate miles more effectively for flights and upgrades.
  

User Experience Enhancements

Additionally, I helped to improve user experience on Delta.com by focusing on the right rail updates, where users can access a benefits modal that details the new offerings. I also contributed to the development of:

• Offer Terms Modal: This feature provides clear conditions and requirements, ensuring transparency for users.

• Rates & Fees Modal: This outlines associated costs, enhancing the overall functionality of Delta's credit card offerings.
  

These updates collectively enhance the travel experience for Delta's credit card holders, making it more rewarding and user-friendly.
